Women were designed to birth

So I educate, advocate, and facilitate

Full spectrum midwifery care, individualized for you

The Midwives Model of Care is the philosophy that pregnancy and birth are normal life events. This includes regular, individualized care that monitors the physical, phychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout her childbearing cycle. Additionally, the Midwifery Model of Care means hands on assistance and monitoring during labor and birth while minimizing unnecessary interventions. A midwife should be able to identify when a woman needs obstetrical attention and can refer appropriately. The essence of "Together Midwifery" is that we not only work together as shared decision makers, but that we must sometimes rely on other members of the birth communtity if and when the time arises. This may mean you need a birth doula, a lactation specialist, maybe a pelvic floor therapist, or it could mean that you need obstetric care. I want to work with you and the rest of the community to bring you the safest outcome!
