My standard fee includes all of your prenatal visits, your birth, and your postpartum visits. If you pay this fee in full by 28 weeks, you will receive a $300 discount.
You must hire an assitant from the list I provide you. Fees vary.
A travel fee will occur if you live more than 45 miles from a determined location. These fees are laid out in my informed consent document.
Ultrasounds are paid separately (insurance coverage is an option).
Labs are either billed to your private insurance or paid to me.
Any other charges that occur are disclosed as we go.
Midwife Assistant
As your midwife's assistant, I am there to aide your midwife in her care for you.
Assistant Fees
My assistant fee is $1,000. A deposit of $300 is due upon initiating the contract.
Services include:
~2-3 prenatal visits including your 36 week prenatal visit in your preferred birthing location.
~Your birth and immediate postpartum
~1-2 postpartum visits A travel fee will apply if you live more than 45 miles from a determined location. The fees are laid out in my informed consent document.
